Bos is a professor of Bible and Old Testament at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Born and raised in The Netherlands, she has resided in the U. S. since 1966. She graduated from Leiden University in The Netherlands and received her PhD from Union Theological Seminary in New York. Ben Campbell is the director of Richmond Hill, located in Richmond, Virginia, whose intellectually stimulating articles were often reprinted in the Singles Network Newsletter. Richmond Hill was created in 1866 by twelve nuns of the Benedictine order who felt led to pray for the city. As a result of the dedicated ministry of Richmond Hill, that city has been prayed for several times daily since that day. At the start of every game when he trotted out to the shortstop position, he would do a complete flip and land on his feet. It started with his natural exuberance, and quickly became his trademark. His nickname of course was "The Wizard of Oz," and it was great that he embraced this nickname and incorporated the imagery of the story into his acceptance speech. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 28, 2002, and he was the only player inducted that year. That's an incredible honor.
